Guelph Black Heritage Society: Historical Video Series
The Challenge: The Guelph Black Heritage Society wanted to create a series that highlighted the stories of Black figures in Guelph’s local history— but the general under-representation of this history meant that there were limited photographs, documents and visual resources to tell these stories.
The Solve: Leverage existing historical materials by mixing photographic assets with expressive illustration and animation.
